How much can you earn?

As Lano affiliate partner, you can earn generous introducer bonuses and recurring commission payments that are equal to the revenue percentage earned by Lano from your referrals in the given month.

Outsourced Payroll Services Referrals

  • One-time bonus per each country in which the referred client outsources payroll via Lano: €800
  • Monthly revenue share for 12 months: €2 per outsourced payroll employee.

Example calculation: 200 employees in 2 countries = €800 + (€2 × 200 × 12) = €4,800

Payroll Consolidation Referrals

  • One-time bonus for each country added to Lano payroll consolidation platform: €200
  • Monthly revenue share for 12 months: €0.2 per each consolidated employee.

Example calculation: 1,795 employees in 3 countries = €200 + (€0.2 × 1,795 × 12) = €4,308

Employer of Record (EOR) Referrals

  • One-time bonus per each signed client with Lano EOR service: €800
  • Monthly revenue share for 12 months: €20 per each EOR employee.

Example calculation: Referring 1 company looking to hire 5 EOR employees = €800 + (€20 × 5 × 12) = €2,000
